I scheduled the service appointment on lineā¦ it was very easy. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and waited about five minutes to check in with my service advisor, Jorge. He was professional, courteous easy. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and waited about five minutes to check in with my service advisor, Jorge. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained each of the the services that needed to be performed on my car. Since the service was going to take a few hours he arranged for shuttle service to and from my chosen destination. The experience was as painless as possible - spending money always hurts- but Jorge was a joy to work with. More

Required multiple trips to get the same issue fixed, and the issue was a rain sensor the dealer broke when replacing a cracked windshield. Finally got it resolved. Second service advisor got two warranty issues fixed I had been asking about for months with previous service advisor. Frustrating along the way, but finally resolved. More
I have had my car serviced at various Mercedes dealerships and this one by far is the worst one. It did not give me the Mercedes perception at all. It gives more of a shade tree mechanic vibe....c dealerships and this one by far is the worst one. It did not give me the Mercedes perception at all. It gives more of a shade tree mechanic vibe....cold and not personal. Upon arrival I could instantly tell that the BS was coming. My service technician (Jorge) had a look of "unconcern" on his face and it was apparent throughout our conversation that his job was to upsell....never mind the reason I was there (recall). Needless to say, I will not be visiting this dealership again for any of my car needs. Mercedes, take a moment and understand that you are loosing valuable longevity customers due to the "lack of" ownership at this dealership. Do better and get this location some up skill training on how to provide the Mercedes true customer service way! More
