My PLAN is to buy again soon. I'm just waiting on my 2015 Equinox to sell. Having said that, please allow me to repeat myself. At no time did the sales manager even stop by to congratulate us or to even say hello. That won't stop me from buying again and soon I hope. BUT - I still don't understand WHY. Personally I think he needs to up his game and come out of his nice office and talk to both potential customers and actual customers. Chastity was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Many other sales people spoke to me, and they were so nice and friendly -but the sales manager was and is out of touch with the people that keep his dealership alive and well.
