Gerord comes across as if he is a misogynistic. He is arrogant. When it was time for signing the lease all was good. I called him twice and left voice messages and he never returned them. I came in to get me car serviced and had to make sure to speak with him. I had questions about my warranty (gap insurance) and just what was covered. He seemed annoyed and dismissive. More
