Took the GLA in for it's first year service. Service included things that were not necessary like: Fuel additive and clean the fuel injectors. I use the highest octane available, the injectors were fine, and I certainly didn't need a fuel additive. There are two recalls on the vehicle. The dealer said that the parts would be available on Thursday the 26th. I made an appt. for the 27th. Called on the 27th, they didn't have an appt. for me, nor did they have the parts. They told me to call the dealership occasionally to see if the parts arrived. This is called "service." I told them to call me when the parts arrived. They said they would. We'll see. More

Persistence, Patience, and Communication is the key. I did not have the best of luck on the CPO side for sales, I had to make 2 trips and was not treated well by one particular person, so I left the 2n I did not have the best of luck on the CPO side for sales, I had to make 2 trips and was not treated well by one particular person, so I left the 2nd time then a VM message for the CPO manager Joe, who assured me that he would ensure the issue was to be resolved and I would not have contact with this particular person. Made the 3rd trip, Joe stopped what he was doing and took care of me personally expediting my experience as he expressed empathy for me, which was heard and appreciated. He personally drove and tested my Genesis Track trade in, gave me a fair offer with explanation of the imperfections as I had over 103k on the clock Joe then walked me to Stacia, who is an absolute professional in every regard. Stacia and I filled out the required forms processing trade in, proof of insurance, etc, and then she took me to Carlos in financing. Carlos guided me through all the official required signatures and presented the options for MB factory extended warranties. He was very professional and was not hard selling anything. He understood budget and what I was comfortable with and gave no pressure, only kindness. When I was done I was brought back to the awesome Stacia who had the car detailed, fueled, and brought to the front for presentation. She walked through the features, answering my questions, and ensuring I had all my questions answered. She is fantastic, and has been available to me after the sale. I cannot close without mentioning the professionalism and kindness of the MB Marietta gate keeper, Kyra. She is very kind, pleasant, and helpful. More
