I have an insurance card that was dated. I ask them to call and get a Verification. Was told I had to do it on my phone which I was able to do myself. I left and he said when I get current insurance card I can come back. Told him I’d never use the dealership again. Even though I purchased from them. Just the worst way to handle a client……. More

Took the GLA in for it's first year service. Service included things that were not necessary like: Fuel additive and clean the fuel injectors. I use the highest octane available, the injectors were fine, and I certainly didn't need a fuel additive. There are two recalls on the vehicle. The dealer said that the parts would be available on Thursday the 26th. I made an appt. for the 27th. Called on the 27th, they didn't have an appt. for me, nor did they have the parts. They told me to call the dealership occasionally to see if the parts arrived. This is called "service." I told them to call me when the parts arrived. They said they would. We'll see. More

My recent visit was to see Service Advisor Terry Castro, who was nothing less than stellar! Clearly his approach was not one of process, but rather take care of the customer. Every dealership has a process, who was nothing less than stellar! Clearly his approach was not one of process, but rather take care of the customer.
