I visited your facility for the first time on the morning of September 12, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. As a resident of Rockdale C of September 12, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. As a resident of Rockdale County who works in Henry County, I chose your establishment due to the positive reputation it holds, despite the distance. I woke up at 4:00 AM to ensure I arrived on time for my 7:00 AM appointment. I reached your dealership at 6:20 AM and waited until your doors opened at 7:00 AM. Upon entering, I was greeted and asked if I was Mr. Rose, to which I confirmed. The representative informed me that I had an appointment with Mr. Dietrick invited me to take a seat while I waited. About 10 minutes later, I was informed that Mr. Dietrick was running late but would arrive shortly, which I understood. At around 7:20 AM, Mr. Dietrick finally arrived and apologized for his tardiness. He then mentioned that my vehicle had a strong gasoline smell, which I confirmed was the reason for my visit. After gathering the necessary information from my vehicle, I provided him with my extended warranty details and requested a loaner vehicle, as I had been told a loaner would be available during the diagnostic process. This is where the interaction took a frustrating turn. When I made the appointment, I specifically inquired about the loaner process and was assured that a diagnostic service would qualify for a loaner vehicle. This was also reiterated during the confirmation call prior to my appointment .However, Mr. Dietrick informed me that I would need to wait for the service to be completed and for approval from the extended warranty company before a loaner vehicle could be released. I explained that I am a teacher and that my daughter needed to get to school, which added urgency to the situation. Unfortunately, Mr. Dietrick said there was nothing he could do, and I left the dealership with my vehicle still leaking fuel. This left me with a very negative impression of your service and raised serious concerns about safety and customer care. I would like to understand your company’s policies and procedures, especially in regard to loaner vehicles and handling critical safety issues like fuel leaks. Is this the standard of service that new customers should expect? I am left with a poor impression and, worse, my vehicle remains unrepaired with no clear solution. More
The dealership was great to work with. We had already found what we were interested in online. Walked in and within minutes we were out for the test drive. Will likely trade with them a We had already found what we were interested in online. Walked in and within minutes we were out for the test drive. Will likely trade with them again. SERVICE, November 2022: I scheduled an appointment to have my sparkplugs replaced at Mercedes-Benz of Marietta but there was a problem... Mercedes-Benz of Marietta claimed a sparkplug got stuck in the he have my sparkplugs replaced at Mercedes-Benz of Marietta but there was a problem... Mercedes-Benz of Marietta claimed a sparkplug got stuck in the head/engine because it was "rusty". After initially telling me removal of the rusty sparkplug would cost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, Mercedes-Benz of Marietta "did me a favor" and only charged me $1220.39 to remove the rusty sparkplug & install new ones. Yes, they charged me money to remove a "rusty" sparkplug that somehow got stuck in the head/engine during the sparkplug install they agreed to do. SALES, December 2022: After trying to purchase a new 2023 Mercedes Benz at 2 other dealerships in the Atlanta,GA area, I gave up and decided to do business with Mercedes-Benz of Marietta because there quote for the car was the lowest and their ETA for the car was April 2023. They were honest enough and told me there was no guarantee for the ETA, due to the semi-conductor chip shortage. I wanted to replace my 2016 Benz. I assumed I would get updated related to the ETA/arrival of my 2023 car. AFTER I made email inquiries, I received emails stating : "...they not pulled yet. They are switching year. I will let you know as soonest they pull." and "...It looks like going to be 2024.Thank you." The order was switched to 2024 and I did not get updates before I made numerous inquiries by email. I was given other ETA dates: July 2023, November 2023 & December 2023. I did not receive my new Mercedes until FEBRUARY 2024... over 13 MONTHS after I placed my deposit. More
