I was greeted in such a lovely manner (as always!) and was directed to a customer service representative named Stephanie who promptly checked me in and made sure that all my needs and concerns were listed for the mechanics who would be performing my service. She was very friendly, caring and thoughtful. I felt comfortable and confident that everything would go well. I had already decided to stay in the waiting room which I knew from past experience was very comfortable and well equipped with coffee, drinks and snacks. Once my service was complete, Stephanie led me to the check out desk. The representative there was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I entered my vehicle (which was washed) and drove home all the while thinking about my wonderful service experience. My vehicle is running well and I am looking forward to my next service.
