No communication is a bad practice to have when you run a business. Josh McDowell has been HORRIBLE at communicating with me. A one day issue turned into three days then that turned into 3 weeks. I, ME, I had to call this guy to figure out what the xxxx is going on with my vehicle. I should NOT have to do that. HE and this business should be calling ME to let me know what's going on. They ruined my family trip with this xxxxxxxx and didn't offer me a vehicle to drive. So xxxx me huh? I hadn't seen my brother (navy) and my sister (air force) since I was in the army back in 2016. So xxxx veterans. Thanks for taking that away from me and not offering a solution. I won't be back. More
"Poor communication" is the theme of my experiences with the service department. I've gotten service there three times, and each involved at least a hiccup because of poor communication on their end. One time I called the day before my appointment, got the voicemail, and asked that someone call me back. No one did, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told they could not do what I needed on a Saturday and that I should have called them!! To this day, no one has returned my call. This is the most egregious example, but all three of my interactions have left me feeling like they have poor communication with customers. I've decided that driving to a dealership that's farther from my home from now on is probably going to result in fewer headaches. More

Mercedes Lynnwood did it again! Their service is exemplary. I get first class service and I always leave that place satisfied. Garret was the one that took care of my car this time. I thought I was going to spend $$ on an oil change. Turns out, it just needed a top off. It was very quick. He checked something on my dashboard and even showed me how to do it. I didn’t even have to leave my seat. He topped it off with no charge. I asked about another issue with my car. But I was in a rush and couldn’t get it checked right there and then. So, as he promised, he quickly gave me an estimate for the fix. It literally took him two minutes. I am happy with the service. I don’t mind paying $ for an oil change or anything else in the future. These guys earned my trust. More

Service Department When I called to schedule an A3 service on my GLA250 I was told the cost would be approx $279 and the procedure would take 1.5 hrs. However when I got there and met with Stephany, I was told my car was also due for spark plugs and air filter, the wait would be 4-5 hrs and the cost would be close to $900. I am very disappointed that I was not made aware of all the work that supposedly needed to be done and the real cost of such an appointment. I bought my car at Lynnwood Mercedes Benz so all the records are there - they just didn't get looked up at the time I first called?? Also, in reviewing my paperwork, it appears that my car should have tire rotation every 5,000 miles but there was no rotation done and Stephany didn't mention anything about this to me. My initial purchase experience with Alan was tremendous (he earned 5 stars) but the service department has earned 2 stars. More
