MB Loveland has moved me in a way beyond measure. I now have an urge to write my 1st ever review. Mercedes Benz is my Chariot of Choice. I fell in love with MBUSA at 1st purchase of Mercedes in 2007. I excitedly look forward to all future purchases of Benz, combining luxury with a fulfilling, caring, dependable, pleasurable Mercedes Benz experience. Okay now for the sticky situation: **For me the initial feeling of needing E.R. car repair is similiar to going the dentist, daunting & sometimes painful. Then I'll remember the care & understanding of MBUSA & know I'm in good hands. This week I was in an extreme situation. I called a few MB dealerships for answers, as always MB was kind & courteous (& I do thank you) but I still didn't have an answer. I called Loveland MB. (A). talked with joyful Krisa, directed me to..(B)..yes wha-la, amazingly kind courteous, informative Jordan Eddy. I'm tellin ya I was in a such a state of OH NO?..that it would've been difficult to follow or listen to anything I had to ask. I was in a state of not knowing how to ask or even what my questions were suppose to be. Jordan listened, had the ablility to recognize & organize my ?'s, carefully listening to important details of what I was trying to ask. Jordan was patient, able to help clear the ?'s. (C)..I called MB dependable roadservice, I was delighted to know I could 'choose' to be towed to 'Loveland MB'. (D).At LoveLand MB, greeted by Jordan. He was professional, thoughtful, informative. Offering genuine Top Of The Line MB service. Diligent in his commitment to give caring & quality customer service. Also funny & lighthearted at just the right moments. (D)..I gave the keys of my poor-lil-MB to an awesome #1 service advisor Jordan. I feel I put my MB in great hands @ MB Loveland Service Dept. (E)..Now to Jason Quintana to receive loaner car. Jason very courteous, mindful & diligent. Provided me with a comfortable car. He was attentive to the details all with a smile. It was a pleasure to do business with him. (F)..I drove away from Loveland MB (in loaner car), I left with a feeling of thankfulness for the LOVELAND MB, amazing staff, & service dept. I also left with a feeling of thankfulness for MBUSA & their efficient, amazing, professional, courteous, kind customer care. `(G)..now to MBUSA CORPORATE..Next day..MBUSA Corporate called. I spoke with Brian of the MBUSA Corporate, his call was to respectfully resolve any questions I or they may have regarding my situation. Brian of Corporate was in true standing of Mercedes Benz with his diligence & dedication to thoughtful customer care. Also his call showed me MB's true dedication to seeing a project through. Mercedes Benz is the Chariot of Choice for me. Mercedes Benz has edged it's way into my heart, I'm always their fan. From my experiences the heartbeat of MB is to provide their customers a safe, smooth & elegant ride including rendering us a respectful satisfying customer experience. It seems MB is always at the fore of technology, safety, dependability & elegance. I've traveled many roads in my MB, I have many experiences with a variety of MB dealerships. Yes some better than others but..it's he heart of Mercedes Benz that keeps me...like a sweet love affair. Even their generous & prompt roadservice has been a Godsend for me. As lady traveling long distances alone, I feel safe knowing MB roadside service is there 24-7. Yes, it's the heart of MB that keeps me....like a sweet love affair. We would never even consider going to another dealership as we so value our relationship with all employees from Carlos to Theron, the sales manager, Jordan Eddy in Service, Devon Hindorff who surely knows all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Carlos is not only the best of the best, we also consider him our dear friend. His personality is incredible, his dress impeccable, his kindness and eagerness to please is truly a blessing for this dealership. We also have always been greeted in the most professional way by the receptionist and her ability to aid us in our endeavor. The service department always does such an excellent job each and every time and the car is always spotless when we pick it up. We'd never buy a car anywhere else. More

Carlos went beyond normal expectations to communicate with me, as I travelled through my extremely hectic day, by working a deal for us via e-mails, text message, voice mail...and any other form of alternative communication. It was his attention to my needs that made it possible for us to work out a deal - very quickly. The manager Tim was great in every way. He got us a better rate than expected and gave my 4 year old daughter a stuffed animal when she bumped her head on the glass door. Chase was a knowledgeable sales pro who understands that pressure isn't necessary in todays transparent sales environment. Glad I went there. More
