I walked into this dealer without an appointment and was promptly greeted by Nic Mercer. Although never having done a lease buyout he listened carefully to what I wanted to do and went to work getting all the information gathered. My dealer in LA had offered to do the transaction long distance, but Nic was able to beat their price and their finance manager gave me a very attractive finance rate. Took about an hour to complete but they applied a service bulletin and washed my car while I waited. More
