Great Service Department We were traveling through the Denver area when our Sprinter RV check engine light came on. We called all the Mercedes-Benz dealers that service Sprin We were traveling through the Denver area when our Sprinter RV check engine light came on. We called all the Mercedes-Benz dealers that service Sprinters in the area to have the issue checked out. All but one said it would be at least four days before they could look at it. Mercedes of Loveland said they were backed up as well, but they could at least pull the codes and let us know how big an issue this was. We took our Sprinter there, and they pulled the codes. It turned out to be a minor issue, and in two hours we were on the road again. On our way back to Dallas, Texas, about 800 miles from Loveland, we had another problem. After calling all the dealerships around, none would help us. We again called Mercedes of Loveland, and they were willing to help. This time it took more time to fix the Sprinter, but they were the only ones willing to help. We will always be thankful to Jason, James and Parker for their work to get our Sprinter fixed. It was great working with you and thanks for helping someone from out-of-town when they needed it. If it were not for you guys, our trip to Canada would have been ruined. David Lipscomb More
