Long story short I was in a terrible accident months ago and my credit is struggling due to my medical bills and insurance battle but I needed a safe good vehicle to even consider driving again. To say the very least, Carlos E. Rodriguez, Felipe Sorzano and Nic Mercer made that happen! They heard & had compassion for my situation and did everything possible to get the best price & apr rate for me. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and for that I am grateful and highly recommend visiting MB of Loveland for your next purchase. Also, keep in mind I was buying a used trade-in BMW that they had on the lot and it was a Saturday so realistically you could say I wasn’t a priority BUT not once did I feel that way! They treated me like I was the most important customer there, checking on me in the lobby to see if I needed anything while they searched for the best bank to help my situation! They could have stopped at the first offer but they kept going and I can’t thank them enough!! They rock at MB of Loveland. More

From the sales manager Brian Butler to finance and sale (Carlos Rodriguez-Sanchez) we were treated professionally and like a friend. They answered all of of questions, allowed us as much time as we needed before making a decision (BMW could take a lesson here from pushy sales people and managers) . They understood that this was a big decision, and helped walk us thru the entire options available, all of the different options we could choose (from purchasing to leasing). I would HIGHLY recommend both Brian and Carlos for any of your high end car purchase needs. More

We never even thought we would find a car to our likely in our price range at this place, but we did - and we are just thrilled with it! It is a 2nd's "new" car that had some miles on it, but very low. Mercedes Benz so far outclasses everything else we were looking at and we were just amazed. Alex Bovee was the young man that sold us the car, and he was very thorough and most courteous. I don't see his name in the Sales on this, but it should be! The manger, Brian Butler, was also amazing. There was a bit of a backup as it seemed everyone was buying that day, but they worked us through the system as quickly as possible with Alex Clarke. The courtesy and honesty of all gentlemen was top rated. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking - and don't ever rule out a Mercedes! What you get in a car is so far beyond "average" it's worth it! More

I never saw myself in a Mercedes nor did I look like I belonged in one, I walked in with shorts, a tank top and a half tattoo sleeve and they treated me like a princess!! You will never find a place with better customer service or a better group of salesman. Throughout the car buying process you feel a lot of pressure from dealers and some come off as a little "creepy" this is not the experience at all at Mercedes they are all excellent at what they do and genuinely want you to be happy and get something that will check all your boxes! I left with a massive smile on my face and a key in my hand! More
