Amazing Transaction I inquired about a GLS on the website and had a response within 30 minutes,, followed by an email from Alex Bovee (salesman). When I got to the dealership, which is 67 miles away, Alex was ready for me. We reviewed the car, talked about my desires, and he suggested a different vehicle - a GLE350. This is a step down from the GLS. We drove one and I ended up buying a 2020 GLE350. It took about 4 weeks to be received from the factory. During that time we talked regularly so that I was kept up to speed on the progress. Everyone I spoke to was more than willing to help, even if it wasn't their job description. I have never felt more welcome at any dealership. More
