She set my expectation that they would need the car for a week, as it need professional & was able to explain all issues & recommended resolutions. She set my expectation that they would need the car for a week, as it needed the emission modification (I have a diesel) & several other repairs. The car was ready days earlier, which was a welcome surprise. The check-out payment process is super slick. I completed everything from my iPhone on the way to the dealer. This dealership is very easy to find, very clean & has ample space to park & navigate the lot. After an unpleasant experience in Westminster, this dealer renewed my faith in Mercedes.
