In the past, I have had terrible experiences going to car dealerships, to the point where I would attempt to avoid them at all costs. After being referred to Tafel by a friend, I am much more comfortable wi dealerships, to the point where I would attempt to avoid them at all costs. After being referred to Tafel by a friend, I am much more comfortable with the process of purchasing a vehicle. All of the staff I spoke to from the time I walked in were not just friendly-- but they treated me like a normal person, rather than being phony and treating me like a dollar sign. The sales associate I had the pleasure of working with, Skylar Crush, assisted me in finding the perfect car to meet my lifestyle and comfort needs. I never felt rushed or like I was being scammed in any way-- which is how other dealerships have treated me. Skylar discussed the features very thoroughly and helped me until I was 100% sure I had found exactly what I wanted. It really didn't feel like I was working with a sales person, but more like I was being accompanied by a friend that had a serious knowledge of the vehicles. That was one of the best parts-- this guy knows his stuff, there were no questions that he could not answer-- so I was felt completely informed, being someone who doesn't know much about cars. At the end of the day, when I had found the PERFECT car-- I was very happy to be able to say that I had gotten exactly the level of service that I would have wanted for such a major decision. There were no surprises and I left happy, which I can't usually say after major purchases-- he also made sure that I knew I could contact him if I had any more questions about the vehicle that I had bought or if there was anything I needed. It was pleasantly surprising to me, that even after the sale, the service and care will continue. I would recommend them to anyone-- Skylar was awesome, and I'm sure the rest of the sales staff are as well. You cannot go wrong working with this team. More

I bought my 2009 Mercedes from David McNulty over a year ago. I have been very pleased with the services at Tafel Motors! I would highly recommend this dealer and plan to purchase my future cars from them. On a side note: They have ALOT of cars on the lot:) I purchased used and was very pleased with their inventory!!! Their was alot of new inventory on the lot as well. David McNulty and Tafel motors are the best!!! I travelled an hour and a half to get to their dealership and it was well worth the drive!!! More
In the spring, 2013, I visited this dealership and asked if they could locate for me a low mileage Mercedes-Benz station wagon. David McNulty called me in June stating that they had just obtained a 2010 E35 if they could locate for me a low mileage Mercedes-Benz station wagon. David McNulty called me in June stating that they had just obtained a 2010 E350 with just 17000+ miles. I responded immediately and within a couple of days made the purchase. The purchase went smoothly; David McNulty was a non-pressure salesperson and very personable. David McNulty was an excellent salesperson and answered my many questions as this is my first Mercedes-Benz. It has many electronic features and David McNulty spent several hours with me reviewing the operation of all of the many components of the driver/car interface system. I asked him to advise me of any similar cars that may before available and he has done so. I have already sought him for a possible additional purchase. I definitely can recommend David McNulty/Tafel Motors Company for those considering the purchase of a Mercedes-Benz or similar car. More

I was greeted by a qualified salesperson that was very courteous and knowledgeable. He scheduled me to drive a 350 SUV gas and diesel. I've never had a diesel car. I fell in love with the car. The sales person let me make the decision ...no pressure. I love my car! More

The customer service was great. David McNulty made sure that we knew the history of Mercedes-Benz and the evolution of their vehicles. He went into detail about every car that we looked at. In my previous experiences, purchasing a vehicle tends to be a very stressful process. Especially when dealerships and their staff seem to lack personable skills or do not seem to place any importance on the be a very stressful process. From the beginning the experience was nothing less than outstanding. Our decision was between a BMW and a Mercedes. The determining factor for our choice to purchase a Mercedes-Benz was more than just the vehicle itself, but the level of professionalism and customer service that we experienced with Tafel Motors and specifically Skylar Crush. The level of professionalism and care that Skylar demonstrated solidified our decision and we actually departed BMW and drove straight to Tafel Motors. Even though it was at closing time, the Tafel team waited for us to arrive and had everything prepared. The level of care and professionalism in which they handled themselves did not diminish one bit. As they all had families to get home to, I was impressed that they made that kind of sacrifice to provide us with world class service. This demonstration of selfless-service is not common in today’s society. As both my wife and I are Active Duty Military, that type of service made a lasting impression on both of us. It was definitely more than a new car purchase…it was joining a team. I would highly recommend Tafel Motors and Skylar Crush to anyone and would say that everyone in uniform should visit, in order to experience a similar level of commitment from an amazing team. More
