I was reluctant to come in and look at the vehicles as I was visiting my brother and am from Va. He persuaded me to come in and take a look and talk to Eric. I was so glad I did. We had service done on our 2010 Mercedes and we had a problem. Instead of driving back to Tafel, we took it to Ft Mitchell, not good. Doug Shipp made good on the original service problem. Our son wanted problem. Instead of driving back to Tafel, we took it to Ft Mitchell, not good. Doug Shipp made good on the original service problem. Our son wanted a Mercedes. He had priced one in Ft Mitchell. After the bad experience, we called Todd. He made a great offer, we picked up the new car on Monday, hid it in our garage for a surprise for Christmas morning. Our son and daughter-in-law knew, our granddaughter did not. For Christmas she received his Toyota. You guys helped us pull this off. Doug was great, Todd was terrific, Jessie was great too. We will continue to take that extra drive for all service and sales needs. Tafel is a business place that makes good on problems and promises. Thanks for your help. When we got to the issue of pricing, we were off a bit and I was ready to decide to wait and buy later. After a review with management, they decided that being a good regular customer, the small bit of difference in price should not be the difference in the sale. The car came in from Baltimore, it got cleaned up, then Eric and I spent a good bit of time going over the car and learning how to operate it's many options... Jessie Upchurch and I had an enjoyable experience signing all the documents, and based on a number of his recommendations, I also bought a service package which seems to make sense for my circumstances .I appreciated the no hassle approach, The ease of signing the documents and the overall experience with both of the people I dealt with. From the time that I leased my CLS last Dec I have appreciated Tafel for its sales and svc reps. In having a mechanical issue w/my car last spring that put the car in svc for over a week, I was no appreciated Tafel for its sales and svc reps. However Brad, et al, did everything they could to alleviate the perturbation caused by the situation. I use the complementary car wash on at least a weekly basis and the personnel are always friendly and helpful. All in all, I could not be more pleased w/Tafel. More
