This is the third diesel Mercedes we've purchased from Tafel including the 2006 CDI and I guess it's gotten better with each purchase. I can say, without a doubt, this experience could not have been from Tafel including the 2006 CDI and I guess it's gotten better with each purchase. The poor guys - David and Abel - had a rough way to go with me :-)) but they were extremely patient, and I definitely am satisfied with the deal. Tafel Motors has improved tremendously and I'm really known on a personal basis. Other employees in the showroom were courteous and friendly, but seemed to know I already had a salesperson so they did not interfere. When I actually purchased the vehicle, David was dealing with the purchase of another vehicle with an individual but he handled the transaction with the greatest of ease. What else can I say. I'm just really happy with the service I received, the fairness in the whole process AND my ML350!!! More

My experience in leasing a new GLK 350 through Jeff Hovious was pleasant and quick.
