The base (pure) smart fortwo is advertised to have a lease with payments of 99$/mo and I like the way they look and what I've read about them. Once my wife and I got our tax money we went to tafel (the only local smart dealer listed on the smart website), looking specifically to trade in my truck and lease a smart pure. After just a moment of looking at a smart car on the lot, Kareem walked out and politely asked if he could help me. I mentioned the lease and he showed me exactly what I was looking for, didn't even try to upsell, just copied my license and let me test drive. He was very informative and the leasing process was easy. They gave me a fair price for my old truck, and showed me 3 payment plans. With a little more down, I was able to get the car for 76/mo! All I needed was my wife, my truck, my license and debit card (with sufficient funds) and I left the truck and drove off in my new fortwo. We are very satisfied, and my wife was so impressed she is planning to come back and trade in her car for a new a smart. More

When I first started looking at Tafel Motors, I met Mr. Eric Torsch. After I explained my reason for coming to Tafel Motors and the type of car I was looking for, Mr.Torsch was very patient in explaining Eric Torsch. My wife has knee problems, and Mr. Torsch made sure she could enter and exit the car(s) with little effort. After purchase, Mr Torsch. set up both our cell-phones to work with the car audio system and offered to come to our home to set up the garage door opener. All Tafel employees have been very courteous when we visit the store, offering coffee, snacks, etc., and all seem knowlegable the "bells and whistles" on Mercedes-Benz autos. My second Mercedes-Benz car was Certified Pre Owned, and after several hundred miles the oil seemed slightly dirty. When I took it in to get it checked, the oil and filter were replaced at no charge. I purchased a CPO Mercedes from David McNulty at Tafel Motors after looking for a couple of months. I visited a few dealers in our area and could not find what I wanted for the right price. While looking on the internet I called Tafel Motors on a Sunday and David answered the call. He answered all of my questions and actually called back later with more information on the vehicle. We were able to close the deal the following week. I flew to Kentucky to pick up the vehicle and was very impressed with the service I received. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted and David did a super job, he picked me up at the airport and had everything in order so I could start my trip back to Mississippi. Before leaving he took time to go over the entire vehicle functions so I was prepared for the trip back. My plan was to drive half way and stop for dinner but the car was such a pleasure to drive I drove straight through without having to stop for any reason (7 hours). Dave even called that evening to make sure I made the trip safely and that I was happy with the car. Being in Large Industry my entire career I have always said that the employees make the company. Dave is an example of this belief, I will contact Dave on my next purchase hopefully he is still at Tafel! More
