In December 2022 I was delivered a vehicle with two keys. One of the keys did not belong to my vehicle. It's March 2023 and this dealership has yet to resolve the matter. After repeated text messages One of the keys did not belong to my vehicle. It's March 2023 and this dealership has yet to resolve the matter. After repeated text messages and emails to the dealership I sent the non working key to this dealership as they requested. It was then returned to me with instructions that I take it to a dealership in my home state. I asked for an explanation why the key was returned and what I am to say to the dealer in my home state ; i didn't get an answer. The dealer in my home state reconfirmed the key given to me from MB Los Angeles does not belong to my purchased vehicle. I was advised by my local dealer ti buy a new key; I have. I then contacted MB Los Angeles to have them resolve the matter on the cost I incurred, they've gone RADIO SILENT. I haven't named employees from finance, sales or management. But that's me being nice at the moment. More
