The rear brake replacement was handled professionally and efficiently, and I appreciate the competitive pricing offered. I would also like to inquire about the future maintenance requirements for my vehicle. Could you provide me with information regarding the recommended maintenance schedule and associated costs? More
I had a Mercedes with only 50k miles. It was religiously serviced only by DTLA and was told at the last service that it needed 22k worth of repairs. The car Blue books from 19k to 23k. It was religiously serviced only by DTLA and was told at the last service that it needed 22k worth of repairs. The car Blue books from 19k to 23k. I contacted the dealership and the manufacturer to see what kind of assistance i could receive from them since i only serviced my 2 Mercedes there and was a loyal customer. They told me there was nothing they could do, but may be able to help with the parts. The parts were around 6k,the labor was around 16k. I was always told that MB engines are bulletproof. Lol. What a crook. Good bye Mercedes. That was a 100k purchase that was worth $0 with only 50k miles. Why would I buy another one? If you do, sell it before the warranty plays out or you may be in the same predicament I found myself in. More
I wouldn’t shop here unless they have exact car you need. They wrote wrong address on contract. It took me 2 weeks and 15 calls to get that fixed. Once fixed DMV told me that car was out of date on registration. I got to pay double because dealership neglected to own their part. I got one key ( told I would get two ). Essentially I bought a used car for 40k and got told, oh well. Guess I needed to pay 80K for a new one to get good customer service More

On Jan 25, 2023 I brought my car into Mercedes Benz of Los Angeles #304 because my “Check Engine,” light would occasionally come on. Once I drove into the facility, the Check Engine light had gone off, so Los Angeles #304 because my “Check Engine,” light would occasionally come on. Once I drove into the facility, the Check Engine light had gone off, so the Service Rep said it would be better to wait until the light came back on again. That way they could hit it up to their Diagnostic Machine. He then suggested it might be the “Gas Cap,” that is triggering the light and purchasing a new gas cap would be a good idea. So I purchased a gas cap from their parts department at approximately $70.00. Unfortunately, the gas cap was not the issue and on January 30, 2023 I brought my car back because the “Check Engine,” light returned. I signed a contract for a Preliminary Estimate of $275.00. That entailed a Diagnostic check to collect information from the sensors inside the car and diagnose the issue. I also handed the Service Representative my independent Car Warranty from GWC. The documents outlined what was covered mechanically as well as what the warranty would cover regarding labor cost. SEVERAL months passed of giving me the run-around and on June 18, 2023, I was contacted by Tino, a different Service Rep, informing me GWC requested more detailed pictures. He then informed me it would take 14 hours at a labor cost of $275.00 an hour and GWC only authorized $115.00 an hour in labor cost. This was the first time I was ever informed of their $275.00/hour labor charge. Which I never approved and means my out-of-pocket cost would be over $2,400! On June 20, 2023, Tim Muzyka, the General Manager of Mercedes Benz of Los Angeles #304 contacted me. I informed him I was not aware nor did I approve or sign any contract authorizing their exorbitant labor charges. He said to me that all Mercedes Benz Service Departments across the country charge their customers sliding labor fees ranging from $275.00 - $450.00. I responded that they are required, by law, to inform customers of any and all charges/fees. He then stated, “Well, we can tow your car back to you.” After giving me the “run around,” for 5 MONTHS, Mercedes Benz of Los Angeles #304 is attempting to extort me by holding my now inoperable, previously viable car hostage. This is not only illegal, but highly unethical and unprofessional. On January 30, 2023, I authorized them to diagnose the issue at $275, send the paperwork into the insurance company, and when approved, fix the problem. This was supposed to have been handled on February 17, 2023. If there were any differentiate charges, I should have been immediately notified. Which I was not. Until Mercedes Benz of Los Angeles #304 can conduct their business with honesty and integrity, I propose NO ONE take their car into their service department for repairs. THEY ARE INDEED, PRICE GOUGING, LACKADAISICAL, CROOKS WHO ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! More
