Great team! I’ve been a long time customer and the staff is fantastic! And consistent. Love working with the same people. I would say the sales guys shouldn’t wear suits any more. It feels stale and outdated these days. In a luxury brand you want your sales teams to dress with the times. Plus I think they’d be more comfortable in khakis and polos or business casual. More
Mercedes of Littleton is great always easy to work with. The problem is the van the sprinter van is a real failure is my experience. The van is constantly in the shop and you never know when it will go in The problem is the van the sprinter van is a real failure is my experience. The van is constantly in the shop and you never know when it will go into lip mode and you are stuck and a flat bed truck is charging thousands for a tow. This is the worst most expensive vehicle I have ever owned. I thought buying a Mercedes would be a great experience with a vehicle that would last for a very long time. I am completely disappointed with the Mercedes and not sure what to do with it. More

This is the 2nd time in about a month I’ve been not pleased. My 1st visit for a dash light cost me almost $3k to replace a seatbelt and in the process the brake fluid was overfilled and spilled onto p pleased. My 1st visit for a dash light cost me almost $3k to replace a seatbelt and in the process the brake fluid was overfilled and spilled onto paint…brake fluid was not even supposed to be addressed. 2nd visit different car. A1 service was basically an oil change for $750. They added fuel additive at $50 without permission and charged me a $270 diagnosis fee for a rattle at start up that is a known problem and a guess. At no time was any codes or instruments hooked up or panels removed etc…this was also a charge without my permission. I would reasonably assume this to be part of the A service. Also car was not washed even though u had it for several days. There was no communication this visit. After several days I had to call to ask about my car. Apparently they tried texting and email but I received no such communication. Why not try a different phone and try calling etc…. Very disappointed in Mercedes of Littleton. Walt. 303.905.1570 More
