The gentleman in finance explained all our options which we appreciated. The gentleman who explained the interior instrument panel was very knowledgable. Josh drove home with us to pick up our trade so that expedited the whole process as we weren't totally prepared to buy a car that day and didn't have our trade with us. We thought we were probably just going to look at cars that day but after seeing our sweet, pampered GL 450 we knew we better jump on the opportunity of owning a beautiful classic Mercedes before it sold to someone else! So I had purchased my car GLE 350 for Matic in Tampa Florida. Noticed a leak of oil brought it to them. They couldn’t fix it so I took it to Mercedes of Clearwater. They couldn’t fix it couldn’t find th Florida. Noticed a leak of oil brought it to them. They couldn’t fix it so I took it to Mercedes of Clearwater. They couldn’t fix it couldn’t find the oil leak so when we moved to Colorado, I took it to Mercedes of Littleton. They found the oil leak. They gave me a loaner car and they did more than the places I purchased the vehicle couldn’t be happier with Ernesto my service manager I will continue to bring my car there for services. More
