Dealer was only 3 blocks away so I gingerly drove over there and walked in with no appointment. They took me in, said they would look at it the next day. They squeezed me in (seemed pretty busy) late the next day and determined it was a software update and performed that service under warranty. Picked it up the day after, back in good shape. Treated respectfully and thoughtfully the entire time. More

I had to bring my new vehicle in for 2 recall repairs. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly and helpful. Mike was my service advisor, and he was great. I was given a loaner for 2 days which Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly and helpful. Mike was my service advisor, and he was great. I was given a loaner for 2 days which was so convenient for me to get to and from work. The service was completed quicker than projected and I will highly recommend this dealership to any and all.
