Being a non-technical person I generally have difficulty understanding the plethora of information systems. In the past, at other dealerships, it would require my making 2-3 visits to the dealership to gain this knowledge and control. However, this time my experience was different. Zach, the sales/technical individual who assisted me, was extremely patient, explaining the auto's systems and answering my questions in an easy, unhurried, yet very informative manner.
