Happy New Year On December 31, 2015, we acquired a 2016 C450AMG. What a great way to start the calendar year! This represents our third new vehicle this year. so we think that speaks for itself. .. As usual, we were cordially greeted by our sales representative, Tim Welch, who guided us over the phone with the vehicle. It was pristine and he knows his customers well. Mr. Todd Johnson, finance manager guided us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Mr. Richard Lordi gave us an update of all the technology, as assisted by Mr. Griffin Hall, when he assisted with our 2015 S550 earlier in the year. Of course, principles Mr. Scott Coleman and Mr. Alan Sokel greeted us with true enthusiasm. After 15 cars in the past 5 years from Contemporary, may they continue with great performance and customer satisfaction.We have never had such enthusiasm for a car dealership. Mercedes has a true life long customer. More

Amazing Seamless Sales Experience I was thrilled with my experience. My initial greeting was from Scott Coleman, a very friendly and warm person who turned out to a principle. After a brief discussion as to my needs Scott walked me over to my salesman Eric Jastram. Eric was polite and friendly and asked all the right questions.... absolutely no pressure! I was seeking a pre-owned all wheel drive vehicle. Eric found me the perfect car, within my budget and got a great trade in price for my current vehicle. He went over to financing we filled out my papers. I walked out with a promise that my car would be ready in 24 hours. Indeed it was along with a dozen roses. I did very little. The team at contemporary put everything in order and were very nice. Dennis Opperman is my service advisor and he lets me know when special offers are available and whenever I have an appointment my paperwork and loaner vehicle are waiting. I'm in and out the door in mere minutes. My car is always ready when promised. The owners, management, sales and service are a great team and it feels like family the way we all interact. I neglected to mention that there is no better product! More

Atmosphere at dealership showroom is calm, warm and inviting. No one harassing you or following you around. We were treated with the utmost dignity and all our inquiries where answered. We had the best salesman, Alan Ross. A true gentleman and Alan posses a wonderful personality and great sense of humor. In spite of how busy the day was when we went to pick up our car, Michael Founds of management, took the time to speak with us and offer his well wishes to us. Anyone who is close by to Contemporary Motors and is in the market for a Mercedes should not think twice about leasing or buying through Contemporary Motors. I had interactions with 3 different sales people (Al, Jonathan, and Kevin), and every one of them apparently had more important things to do than waste their time trying to make a deal over the phone with someone out of state. I was ready to fly in and purchase a vehicle, but it was the personalities rather than the cost of the vehicle that spoiled the deal. I'll take my money elsewhere. More

The Sales, Delivery, Service teams have always been great, hence our committment to Contemporary. Natalie recently took delivery of a CLA and loves the car. For some unknown reason to me, I was unable to program the garage door opener. Not a problem in the past. I spoke to Anthony in Service, he guided me...BUT still not working. A little embarrassed, I spoke with Anthony again and he suggested Tom from Service, stop by our home, for further diagnois. Tom arrived, showed me what I was doing wrong when loading...AND ALL IS NOW WELL! Thank you! My point with this is, you purchase a car once, but service it many times over. Service quality is very important to your experience. Once again, we're are very pleased with Contemporary!!! Lastly, we all know people are very quick to complain, when things don't go their way, BUT very rarely do people take the time to say--Thank You, GREAT JOB!!!
