Everything is great except lack of loaner cars! I was in for service. No loaner car available. This is very important to me to have a vehicle at all times. I bought a new vehicle. The windshie I was in for service. No loaner car available. This is very important to me to have a vehicle at all times. I bought a new vehicle. The windshield was cracked with less than 500 miles on it. When I brought it in to be replaced, there was no loaner car available. This is one of the reasons I have continued to buy Mercedes vehicles and I am on my 5th Mercedes from your dealership. I am very disappointed not getting a loaner car. Can your policy be changed in order to have more loaners available? All of the people I have dealt with in service, finance, sales and management are awesome! They couldn't be any better! They deserve the highest rating! My reason for visit is both sales and service. More
