Everything but scheduling! The customer service was amazing once I got there. Everyone I spoke to and some that interacted with my son were all friendly! Service problem with new car I purchased a new vehicle which has a software problem never seen before at this dealership. The software update has been ordered from Germany and I h I purchased a new vehicle which has a software problem never seen before at this dealership. The software update has been ordered from Germany and I have been told by Kym Phillips that Germany is in a different time zone and when Little Rock dealership is open they are closed and she cannot find out the time of arrival of the software or whether it has been shipped yet. It has been two weeks since the problem was discovered. No one from the dealership has contacted me with updates. More
