Great dealership Just bought a used Lexus RX450h from them. The whole process was so smooth and pleasant. Worst Service My vehicle has two recalls. I called to schedule the repairs and was asked to have my vehicle there yesterday at 7:30. I was in line at 7:15. Havi My vehicle has two recalls. I called to schedule the repairs and was asked to have my vehicle there yesterday at 7:30. I was in line at 7:15. Having been told the work would take several hours I accepted the loaner vehicle. At 12:30 Josh called to tell me I could come get my car. The repair parts had to be ordered. I said to him, “my vehicle has been there all morning and nothing was done to it?” With a hateful tone he told me he had just got to my vehicle. I don’t understand why you would give me a service time knowing the repairs which were needed and not order the parts in advance. A total waste of my time. Poor service and attitude. The two gentlemen who assisted me when I returned to pick up my Mercedes were very kind and efficient. I have owned several BMWs and Lexus, with no recalls and always excellent service. More
