I finally had to pick someone to talk to about my car. I went to a Kym Phillips who became our service advisor. She NEVER returned any of my phone calls. Never informed me of my parts delay. I finally had to just sit up there until my car was finished. Only then did she acknowledge me. I would recommend another dealership for your repairs. This was my first and LAST visit to this place. I would recommend the service but not without reservation . My contact person was Josh. After reporting to Josh that my driver seat would not recline even though Mercedes had supposedly repaired it 18 months e My contact person was Josh. After reporting to Josh that my driver seat would not recline even though Mercedes had supposedly repaired it 18 months earlier and it messed back up within 3 months after they repaired it. He reported to me that they would recheck and when I pick my car up, Kosh was not there. My seat has not been repaired and when I asked about the repair the lady was dumbfounded as she told me that I would have to call back Monday. I work everyday and I live 1 hour away which makes it inconvenient for me to unnecessary for me to take the car to and from More
