Mercedes Little Rock has been amazing since I started bringing my car there for services. They have always taken wonderful care of me. Allen Blair specifically, he has gone above and beyond for me from w bringing my car there for services. They have always taken wonderful care of me. Allen Blair specifically, he has gone above and beyond for me from working me in for an oil change when my grandmother was hospitalized to most recently when my car needed a cylinder replaced. He’s always been open & honest. But he genuinely cares and you can see that in how he works. He worked to get my car in get the repairs not only fixed but get them covered in cost. And that itself is a blessing for me as a working nurse. I know when I bring my car in it’s in the most trusting and honest hands and that gives me such piece of mind. I’m not sure if Allen gets to hear about these but in my book he is the best employee you have there. It’s hard these days to find someone you can fully trust. Have used Mercedes of Little Rock for many years. For the most part it has been a nice experience. Sometimes the service department is behind even with an appt made weeks in advance .. but I lo For the most part it has been a nice experience.
