Not all employees wore masks. Some pulled them up as customers approached and others just continued to keep them completely off. I had an issue with a wiper blade arm that was not covered under the factory warranty. Lehigh Valley Mercedes fixed the wiper blade arm with no charge. Terrible service My experience with the service department was absolutely horrid and the worst display of customer satisfaction that I’ve ever dealt with. My car was My experience with the service department was absolutely horrid and the worst display of customer satisfaction that I’ve ever dealt with. My car was in for service and I did not receive any type of update on my car. I tried calling for two days (about 40 phone calls) and no one would answer in the service department. I had to physically drive to the dealership to get a simple update on the car. When I got there, there were 4-5 guys standing around being very unproductive. I do not understand why no one could pick up a phone. When talking to the service employee, I had to inform him on aspects of a Mercedes Benz vehicle that he was evenly unaware of. He was very under qualified to be of assistance. No work was performed on my car for two days so I took my business elsewhere. My entire family purchased vehicles from this dealership and we are now completely done. I understand new management took over this dealership. If any success is to come in the future, something needs to change. If I could rate this dealership at negative stars, I would. I do not recommend anybody go here. More
