Perfection from the time I called to the time my car was fixed. John is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I don’t think anything else could be done better. When I come John listened what I had to say and after that he explained any of my concerns with knowledge,understanding and professionalism. After that conversation I was confident that I’m leaving my car at the right place. Later that morning he called me with an update which only confirmed how much he cares. Thank You so much!!!! Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley is by far number one dealership and I’m happy I found them. John and the team worked on my car are by far five stars team. When I called that the engine light turned on in my car, I was given an appointment for the very next day! Ray listened to my concerns , all of which were taken care of In two days. I was not charged for I was given an appointment for the very next day! Ray listened to my concerns , all of which were taken care of In two days.
