Terrible service My experience with the service department was absolutely horrid and the worst display of customer satisfaction that I’ve ever dealt with. My car was in for service and I did not receive any type of update on my car. I tried calling for two days (about 40 phone calls) and no one would answer in the service department. I had to physically drive to the dealership to get a simple update on the car. When I got there, there were 4-5 guys standing around being very unproductive. I do not understand why no one could pick up a phone. When talking to the service employee, I had to inform him on aspects of a Mercedes Benz vehicle that he was evenly unaware of. He was very under qualified to be of assistance. No work was performed on my car for two days so I took my business elsewhere. My entire family purchased vehicles from this dealership and we are now completely done. I understand new management took over this dealership. If any success is to come in the future, something needs to change. If I could rate this dealership at negative stars, I would. I do not recommend anybody go here. More
