Beware! !! Took my Mercedes with 14000 miles in for routine yearly inspection. Used Valet service. Driver following too close on Rt 22 TOTALED my car. Service !! After trying to contact dealership owner, I call Mercedes corporate. The gave me ref. number and told me owner would call back. Never did. Service Dept last year quoted me over 600 to replace battery in dash. 38 dollar part and ten min to change. They want me to do an oil change, tire rotation (New tires, less than 50 miles on them) and check brake system. 798 dollars. This dealership is Unprofessional , Overpriced, and in my opinion, staff is poorly qualified. Do you self a favor and go to Tom Masano. I took personal and financial lose. More

Lehigh Mercedes-Benz is the best Mercedes dealer I have ever been too and it's not even close. Lehigh Mercedes-Benz service and sales are on another level compared to other Mercedes dealerships as well as ever been too and it's not even close. Both of these guys are very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful everytime I go into the dealership. Their finance department is also next level, they're very knowledgeable and explained all of my options in detail and didn't pressure me into my decision. Overall, this dealershp is a 10/10 on all aspects and has great service all the way around. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Jonathan was great but the PRICE! to inspect and do emissions on my vehicle witch I only drove 294 miles in the last year is absolutely outrageous! I keep all my receipts from previous years and the cost to do inspection and emissions went up, way up! The only reason I bring my car there is because I trust that my car will be taken care of, I am a stickler for that! But I know I can get it done for way cheaper going to another place witch I intend to next year. The alignment I understand the price but on my invoice it never showed me how much was taken in or out so was that work even performed? Who am I to know, I’m just a millwright for over 10 years now. I went to school with Paul and I hope he reads this and hope he can make changes to satisfy his customers, because not showing what was done to a vehicle on a receipt is not what I want to see. I want to see what was done so I have proof if something is wrong. I know it is not a good review but I am an honest man and I say what I feel is right. Thank you. More
