No word a lie-he told me he’s been friends with the owner for over 20 years-that their families vacation together, so it really doesn’t matter what a customer thinks. I honestly could not believe anyone would actually say this to a customer with a concern, but this guy actually did. This has a direct impact on the brand of the dealership. If Paul Goodwin is part of the team-go elsewhere so you’ll be treated ethically, with respect and professionalism-dealing with him was insulting and totally out of line and inappropriate. More
