I recently received an email from sales representative named Carlos Gonzalez titled “Re: Thank You for Calling”. The email seems to be an automated email explaining how they strive for excellence and lett named Carlos Gonzalez titled “Re: Thank You for Calling”. The email seems to be an automated email explaining how they strive for excellence and letting me know not to hesitate to ask questions. I would like Mercedes-Benz of Laredo know that I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service shown by Carlos. I spoke to Carlos over the phone so I can purchase a vehicle and he answered none of my questions effectively. All his replies were…”I need to speak with my manager”. Carlos had no answers and he never called me back as he said he would. Carlos simply explained he had to get off the phone to attend to a customer. I had already selected a vehicle and was ready to purchase the day I called and spoke to Brethsy. Now I have my doubts. If their customer service is this poor, that in itself reflects poorly on Mercedes Benz of Laredo and its staff. I hope this email reaches a manager so Carlos’s behavior can be corrected. More
I purchased a 2024 GLC and after 3 months it broke down. It has been in the dealership since 12/3/2024 and today 1/9/2025, it’s still in the dealership.
