I drove from out state and they not show me the vehicle because they had some one coming see vehicle from out of state. They did not even have a deposit on vehicle. The salesman Marshall Sanders never offered to hold vehicle for me. But other salesmen must do this because they are just looking out for their commission. Benjamin Proler told me I could not even look vehicle over because someone might be buying it. Sales manager Johnathan Steffy should have done the right thing but chose stand behind his salesmen poor business manners and complete rudeness i was literary their ready to write a check, no financino, no trade, no b.s. but they would not take my money don't waste your time More

Sean I purchased a CPO SLK from the dealer last week. From beginning to end the staff at the dealership went over and above to ensure my satisfaction. Sean Baker handled the sale and he instilled in me confidence that there are terrific and sincere salespersons in car sales. From the first greeting, through negotiations to finalizing my purchase the experience was excellent. I highly recommend Sean and the crew at Mercedes Benz of Lancaster. More
Excellent customer service - New GLS550 2017 Let me start by saying no, I have no incentive to write a negative or positive review. I had a very positive experience at a car dealer (yeah, I know a car dealer) and want to share it. This is extremely long winded, however I could have greatly expanded on things. My wife and I drove a 2004 Honda Pilot with high mileage. I say this fact as car dealerships seem to form a quick opinion of you based on current vehicle. We also don't dress to impress, which seems to further judgement in stores and car dealerships. The search: We knew that we wanted a premium level SUV. When it comes to dealerships, we have been to a large majority of the Mercedes and BMW dealerships within 100 miles of our zip code (excluding the NY area). Virtually every one of them had one thing in common regardless of brand, they all seemed to feel we were tire kickers that couldn't purchase what we wanted. In many cases, sales people would be out on the lot when we were there and not acknowledge us - even when they'd walk right past us. Luckily we found that dealerships close early on Saturday and are closed on Sundays, thus we could look at cars without the brush-off. During these weekend trips we narrowed our list to the Mercedes GLS550 and GLE550e. And then... We timed it incorrectly on a Saturday and ended-up arriving at Mercedes of Lancaster while they were open. We walked through the showroom using a back door to avoid what we expected to be typical sales reps. We were not approached until on our way to the front exit. I was lagging behind but my wife was approached by a rep asking if he could help us. That's when we met Curt Brown. In our conversation with Curt, he walked with us while we talked cars and his background. It felt like a 'real' conversation and that he actually took us seriously. We left the dealership in our old Pilot after talking to Curt and him providing a GLS brochure. Jump ahead to the next Friday and I emailed Curt to tell him we actually wanted to get together and talk specifics of our desired build. Since this was my first brand new vehicle, it was going to be exactly as I wanted. We got together that evening at the dealership where Curt arranged for a GLS550 to be ready for a test drive and then discussion. We walked through what I wanted, we discussed whether some of the numerous options I had in mind were truly needed given Mercedes engineering. Curt asked good questions and provided good feedback. Then came the final price conversation. Like most people, I had researched various pricing sites, forums and read dealership reviews. I had an idea of what I was expecting to pay for this heavily optioned car. In my email to Curt earlier in the day, I had stated I don't like the whole dickering and negotiating process. After we had discussed the general vehicle and options pricing, I of course asked, "OK, that's great, what's my price?" Curt got out his calculator, worked all the numbers and turned it around to show me the price. It was lower than I had expected based on my prior research. This obviously won me on price, but there's more to it than the car price, all was clearly identified on the sale form and no ridiculous dealer fees to be found. With the build we wanted, it necessitated ordering vs. buying off the lot. Curt gave me a realistic date to expect delivery, and actually beat it by a couple weeks. He has consistently responded to any and all emails immediately. I had some pretty specific requests regarding how the car was prepped and processed for delivery, which Curt followed to the letter. Now, the day of delivery arrived and we were late for our appointment. Curt was engaged with a customer at his desk, however he recognized us immediately and offered us the keys to our new vehicle since we had requested it remain locked while on the showroom floor. We hadn't been to the dealership in two months since ordering so I was impressed he remembered our faces. While Curt was finishing with his other customer, we walked past the dealership VP's office. The door was open so we stopped to introduce ourselves and tell him how impressed we were with Curt's interactions and service, as well as the dealership's cleanliness in all areas - including the shop. This guy wore jeans and a long sleeved T-shirt (my kind of guy as I was dressed similarly). From top down at Mercedes of Lancaster, everyone we have encountered has been down to earth - normal people - that are there to simply take care of customers and their vehicles. There's not the typical pressure I expected nor the snootiness that we have experienced at every other Mercedes and BMW dealership. I told both Curt and Frank, the VP, that I'm waiting for the proverbial other shoe to drop as the whole experience was beyond expectation. Bottom line, I felt that I was treated as a person, as was my wife, and that we got an extremely fair price. Curt is always there for any questions that we may have, including after the delivery. I'm not one to be easily impressed, but this is one of those extremely rare occasions. James More

He w Purchased a used Mercedes at this dealership. Sales consultant, Sean Rozick, did an absolutely outstanding job in working with us on this deal. He was patient in working through the details, allowed us to take a very thorough test drive, provided all the information we needed, and did everything he could to make this a pleasant purchasing experience. It's often the little things that matter, and Sean put in an extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car and happy with the deal. Also of note, Micah Lehman also did a great job in thoroughly explaining the vehicle's operational details. Even the paperwork (handled by Doug) was done in an extremely competent and professional manner. This was, without question, the best automotive purchase experience we have ever had. We hope the car works out to be as good as our dealership experience has been so far. This review covers only a sales experience, not a service/repair experience. We are not as enthusiastic about this dealership's service department (although the technicians themselves seem very capable), and hope that it improves. More

The beginning of February 2013 I purchased the ML 350, 2003 with just 52,200 miles a great vehicle and look like new (a very constable nice looking vehicle). The courtesy and professionalism of the sales 2003 with just 52,200 miles a great vehicle and look like new (a very constable nice looking vehicle). The courtesy and professionalism of the salesman Mr. Rhinier was excellent with no pressure at all. My experiences with Tanya Adcock was super with the explanation of the extended warranty terms plus the courtesy was indescribable. A week later the alternator die on the vehicle and they repaired the car at no cost to me, "something unheard", in addition every time you take your car for service they watch the car. The facilities is something out of this world, a brand new facilities. Look like a hotel with their own kitchen and always offer you with a drink, coffee etc...the attention/customer service is number one. I feel great every time I goes there. Later on they have to replaces a towing button on the dash because that was the one that was causing all the problems... "free of charge". At the mean time they let me borough one of their 2013 GLK 350 4 matic with just 4,000 miles free of charge, wow... tremendous machine, excellent. Furthermore Mr. Brian Talbot (General Manager) talked to me and gave me a check of $200.00 for my inconveniences and for a rental car fees before I new about a free loan car from them (Mercedes Benz of Lancaster) while my vehicle is on services. I have no more words of how to describe the attention, services, professionalism and dedication of every one. Every time I call or want to talk to the salesman Mr. Dennis Rhinier I have no problem getting in touch with him. Thanks you ladies and gentleman for you dedication and the way you make me feel every time I walk to your facilities. Job well done, CONGRATULATIONS... More
"Check Engine" light came on my Merecedes. My car ran just fine when I took it in. Took to the dealer. Diagnosed as needing two spark plugs and four spark plug wires. They wanted $800+. Told them car ran just fine when I took it in. Took to the dealer. Diagnosed as needing two spark plugs and four spark plug wires. They wanted $800+. Told them I can not afford it would like to take it some where else. My wife picks up the car and goes several miles and the car "dies" on the side of the road (my wife said as soon as she turned the engine at the dealer, she could tell the engine was not working properly). Mercedes denies they did anything wrong. They told me that the car was old (1999) and had too many miles (134,000). Told them that the age and mileage had nothing to do with the performance of the car when we brought the car and left with it. Towed the car to another refutable place and they diagnosed it totally different. The car runs beautifully. Asked the mechanic if the car was tempered with and he was very hesitant to say yes or no. If you want a refutable mechanic, go east of Lancaster. More
This was my first purchase of a Mercedes, and having owned Audis for years, I found myself in unfamiliar waters. My sister and brother-in-law recommended the dealership, having done business with them, owned Audis for years, I found myself in unfamiliar waters. My sister and brother-in-law recommended the dealership, having done business with them, and receiving excellent service. I then traded my 2000 Audi A4 1.8T for a black 2007 C280 4Matic, which they had washed, waxed and had waiting for me ON THE SHOWROOM floor, not out on some parking lot (nice touch). The responsiveness of the sales team was spot-on. My calls were returned and questions answered. The price we agreed on was beyond fair, no games or exhausting negotiations. After stating that while I owned Audis in the past and received excellent care from my previous dealer (Vision Auto Group of Reading, PA), they assured me that they would take better care of me and welcomed me to the "Mercedes family", which sounded a bit salesy, but they sincerely mean it. I needed a few minor things taken care of (a piece of trim and an iPod interface installed), and Anj in service was ALWAYS accomodating with getting my car in and scheduling and loaner car, which they deliver and pick up from my house. Mind you....this is for a used car! Some dealerships won't even offer this level of service or care for a NEW car! More
