Outstanding Service Experience I must say, Assistant Service Advisor, Eddie Granados, made my visit to Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel an incredile experience. He assisted me with an I must say, Assistant Service Advisor, Eddie Granados, made my visit to Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel an incredile experience. He assisted me with an issue which he determined would be covered under my warranty. Mr. Granados demonstrated he was honest and knowlegeable and really wanted to provide quality and timely service. I should also mention, I had not purchased my E63 from Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel and it was clear, this had no affect on how Mr. Granados treated me. I was so impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Granados I returned to the dealership once again a week later to have my car detailed (not covered under warranty) :-) More

You are in and out in 10 minutes or less and before you get there they have your loner car sitting waiting for you. I feel very comfortable with the customer service people that have helped me currently and in the past. They all have a goal, and it is to make sure that all of your concerns, questions are answered completely. I am also very excited about there rewards program. I have been able to apply my credits to my service on my car with no problems. I purchased my car from a dealership in Newport Beach and I would NEVER go there again. You do not get the same vibe from them as you do at MBLN. Thank you for that. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends, family and acquaintances. More
