I added a/c service at 2p day1. Told next day. I asked 2nd day for my settings to be fixed. Beeps three times when I lock car w/clicker. Didn't happen. Asked for rear bracket to be removed, which it was 2nd day for my settings to be fixed. Beeps three times when I lock car w/clicker. Didn't happen. Asked for rear bracket to be removed, which it was but area not cleaned off. Interior wasn't cleaned AT ALL. I was told interior is no longer offered due to too many complaints of missing items reported?!!? Do I understand correctly that my car was not even wiped w/damp cloth because I have to worry about theft, but not if they vacuum my mats? I drive a MBZ because I like to feel special. SERIOUSLY. I drive past at least two other dealerships and pay a premium because I like your location, it's special. I walked all thru the showroom and NO ONE approached. Y? Finally, I WANT THE COOKIES BACK! I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. I called david abrams and he meet me at service. As I somehow ran over some kind of paint and it was all over my car. He talked to service and lee my service advisor took care of my car and it looks stunning. Mark who drives the shuttle drove me to work so I didn’t have to miss anymore time. I was called promptly when my car was finished. Everyone was polite, professional and made me feel like they really cared. This dealership is the cream of the crop. They really know how to treat a customer. Thank you to david, lee, and mark you made all the difference. There were others such as the detail person and the head of service but I don’t remember their names. Thank you, thank you. More
