They had to change my electrical panel They worked on it for 3 days When I got the car back. They did not do a check to see if everything was correct. Clock was wrong time. Radio was not programm it for 3 days When I got the car back. They did not do a check to see if everything was correct. Clock was wrong time. Radio was not programmed and they gave me the wrong wire for my car play. I had to bring the car back You would think when I first picked it up someone would have checked it out with me. Very frustrating More

ASM, Cesar Romo, did great! However, I have some issues with the CPO “Certification” process and wonder what was actually done? My service issue should have been part of the CPO However, I have some issues with the CPO “Certification” process and wonder what was actually done? My service issue should have been part of the CPO Certification, but somehow I had to pay $350 for this apparent oversight only 4300 miles after paying cash for the vehicle and the extended CPO Warranty. The dealer did pay half on paper, but I shouldn’t have had to pay the other half, as it was checked off on the CPO itemized customer certification. 🤔 More
