Eddie Chavez took care of me with a loan vehicle when my car, under Mercedes warranty, took 3 months waiting for gas tank from Germany. 2 months with loan vehicle, 1 month driving my car with no fuel gauge car, under Mercedes warranty, took 3 months waiting for gas tank from Germany. 2 months with loan vehicle, 1 month driving my car with no fuel gauge since upper management wouldn’t allow me a loan vehicle until my car was fixed.
