Worst dealership experience. They took a deposit by credit card to hold till next day and then sold it. Salesman obviously didn't place the hold. Told us they couldn't ship th They took a deposit by credit card to hold till next day and then sold it. Salesman obviously didn't place the hold. Told us they couldn't ship the car to NC, then said they could only by enclosed truck. Told them no, not paying 3,500 so ship open. Said no, then said yes. Then sold the car to someone else. Sales person clearly scrambling and had no clue about policies. GM told me to find somewhere else to buy a car like it was my fault. Rude and incompetent. Bruce More
