Very high pressure salesmen, teamed up to keep me from leaving their sales office, kept me waiting excessive time, showed me MBZ new vehicle of my color choice, however not detailed & had plastic seat cov leaving their sales office, kept me waiting excessive time, showed me MBZ new vehicle of my color choice, however not detailed & had plastic seat covers, etc. still in place dark night location, required signed paperwork & deposit before I departed. I later canceled lease deal via email & phone. Next day salesman called to say "I COULD BUY OUT THE LEASE"!!!! MBZ of Laguna Niguel turned deal over to MBZ Finance, held to lease, dinged my credit, had the car, keys, never inspected or accepted & now 15 months later, they still have my $5,001 deposit!!!! MBZ of Laguna Niguel refuses to return my deposit, they claim they sold the vehicle at "big loss" (Absolutely NEW & no delivery to me from dealer after new car detail work..... I never saw it detailed) Team Sullivan relocated to Newport Beach MBZ dealer soon after this event. Today, I am out my deposit plus over $10K in legal fees! Service department loss my car because they didn't keep proper paper work. After hour SA accused me of trying to rip off the dealership by claiming that I had a car there and refused to call the SA that c proper paper work. FInally after 10-20 minutes of me screaming at them, they reluctently went and found my car in the back lot. Even though my car still has the temp registration sticker with my name on it on the windshield, they made me proof the car was mine. I have never had such horrible treatment from any car dealership. I think being Asian didn't help and I felt I was being discriminated against by the staff. I will never go there again. I even wrote a letter to the GM complaining about how I was treated and never got a response. More
We shopped for a E350 sedan under a factory lease incentive. My wife has a medical condition that makes riding in a car very painful for her. The dealership and in particular the salesman, Ali Hashemi, went out of their way and brought a car to our house for her to test the seating and ride comfort on four separate occasions to help her select the make and model that would be the best fit for her. Once she had settled on a E350 over a Lincoln Towncar Ali filed out the paperwork over the phone and brought the car and the contract to us. The price was exactly in accordance with the factory lease incentive. More
This was, by far, the best car shopping experience Ive ever had. After the horrible treatment I had received from Crevier BMW (my last car) I was really dreading going car shopping again. I decided to give MBLN a shot and they have changed my perspective on car shopping all together. My sales rep was extremely straight forward, he even talked me OUT of getting some silly features that would have increased my car payment. All things said, Jeff was absolutely awsome (so awsome that we have bought 3 more cars from him). The moral of my story is finding a good sales rep can dramatically atlter your car shopping experience and I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is serious about getting a classy car at the best price!
