They Screwed us, don't let them screw you too. A salesperson from Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel called us for weeks to tell us our lease was up. A harassing amount of calls actually, as many as 20 calls. We asked her for the date the lease was up and she gave us a date in June 2014. Acting on that information as a representative of the company we leased the car from, we ordered a new car (a BMW). When we went to return the leased MBZ, we were then told that the lease wasn't up for another year. They had "made a mistake." Pat Bolter, the general manager told us that if we had only come in they would have told us the right date. If we were to now buy or lease a Mercedes from them the problem would go away. Otherwise they took no responsibility for their dealership misleading us. We are stuck with 14 more payments on a car we don't need or want and the sales person gets away with no penalty for her actions. (She will probably get promoted for her savvy business skills) The general manager told us it was OUR fault for believing his staff instead of calling Mercedes Benz Finance. This is how they operate folks. We have leased two cars from them. We won't be buying a Mercedes Benz anytime soon, but If YOU do, go elsewhere. You have choices in dealerships. Until dealerships start to feel the price of misleading people they will continue to get away with it. More

You are in and out in 10 minutes or less and before you get there they have your loner car sitting waiting for you. I feel very comfortable with the customer service people that have helped me currently and in the past. They all have a goal, and it is to make sure that all of your concerns, questions are answered completely. I am also very excited about there rewards program. I have been able to apply my credits to my service on my car with no problems. I purchased my car from a dealership in Newport Beach and I would NEVER go there again. You do not get the same vibe from them as you do at MBLN. Thank you for that. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends, family and acquaintances. More

I wasn't sure if I was buying a car or an suv. They spent the time I needed to figure it out and they made me a deal that worked for me. I went this Saturday for my 1st car wash- easy breezy, drove right in, they gave me my claim ticket, I grabbed a cup of starbucks and sat outside in the fresh air reading my book and before I knew it I was on my way. I walked over to service to ask a quick question. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. It was leisurely, I have previously purchased my other cars from another dealer and I never wanted to go for car washes or ask questions because of the congestion and crowds.
