From the moment we pulled up Mark's easy style, low key approach to listening to and addressing our needs made the whole buying process -Fun!! Upon purchasing the car & being entertained by Finance Manager Ramsay for an hour ( an enjoyable experience in itself) Mark picked us up in our beautifully detailed GLK and spent over an hour with us going over all the features! Upon leaving he noticed my 1985 380SL that I bought previously from Mission Imports (before relocation and new name across the freeway) & provided me with a Star Sticker to get complimentary car washes( I hope I don't get Mark in trouble) .In closing, we enjoyed working with Mark and are excited about joining "the 5- Star Family". Very Impressive It typically takes me months to purchase a vehicle after endless research and reviewing specs/price/inventory/details online. Then I drag my wife to It typically takes me months to purchase a vehicle after endless research and reviewing specs/price/inventory/details online. Then I drag my wife to the dealers to peruse what is available locally, while simultaneously searching online via AutoTrader, eBay, and a multitude of other sites. By the time I test drive and begin the negotiation, I know what I am looking for and the "fair" (more later) price I am willing to pay after I get pre-approved at my CU. I stopped by MBLN with the plan to vist three MB Dealerships in OC as each had the car I was interested in. As we walked to the used car lot, Andre approached us with a smile and a welcoming introduction. He asked what my interest was, and immediately knew the exact spot it was sitting. While I looked over the vehicle, my wife was pointing out all the "minor" blemishes and stating her opinion. Each one Andre took mental note, but also acknowledged her comments. As we were preparing for the test drive, Andre took the meticulous time to point out key features, both convenience and safety, to insure when we got behind the wheel, we would have a comfort knowing what the vehicle offered and at least how to drive it. This is a huge plus as many associates would just sit in the back (if they let you drive at all) and leave you to your own to figure out how to drive the vehicle. Then we entered the beautiful facility of MBLN! Clean, Immaculate, Organized, Fashionable, Structured, and did I say clean! Very Impressive!! ***** Andre escorted us to his "private" office, not like your competitors that sit you at a desk in the middle of the showroom floor, he provided us with water and made sure we were comfortable. After a couple of negotiations, we agreed on a "fair" price, one that is acceptable to the consumer, and provides a reasonable margin for the dealership. All are happy. Wait, its not over yet. Andre did not hesitate to handle the "minor" cosmetic issues mentioned by my wife. Your competitors exact words the night before were "I don't know what you expect as you are buying a used car". Same year, same miles, same model. Really---not cool competitors. The purchase process from this point was also relaxed and organized. There was no excessive waiting, no tension, no delays, and Andre kept us informed of what to expect (and stayed with us) during the entire process. We were again very impressed. Andre also committed to contacting us later to be sure we were happy with the purchase and also to answer any questions we may have had. He surely did, on the spot, not only did he call me, but since he knew the vehicle was for my wife, he called her as well, and made an appointment for her that fits her schedule, not the dealerships. Nice! I buy quite a few vehicles over the years, and not only am I impressed with Mercedes Benz, (we upgraded from the C-Class), I am now a member of the Five-Star MGLN Family! Thank you Andre!!! In our case, it was a no brainer, as our purchasing experience with Kosta, buying the ML at the beginning of October, made it very easy for us to go back two weeks later for our second car! What can I say? - we knew what we wanted, we've done our research and our readings, we've compared cars, but at the end of the day you still rely on the Sales Person to know his stuff. Kosta's knowledge and resourcefulness that came from years of experience - made the difference! I loved the feedback we were getting on the latest-greatest. I also appreciated the no-pressure atmosphere, the win-win deal, the thorough process of closing with all options explained to us so there's no hidden anything... and at the end, all these details contributed to us returning to the same dealership and to the same Sales Person! Would I recommend Laguna Niguel vs any others - in a heart beat, and to ensure you get the best deal there is - do yourself a favor, ask for Kosta, the Russian guy! More

Because I test drove the CLA in late 2013, but didn't actually buy until last Thursday (10/22/15)! Yes, they had to wait two LONG years to get my business. I started out with Bernie back in 2013 then Dustin in 2014 and I worked closely with both of them this year to not only find my elusive car, (I had a ton of specifications that I HAD to have on my car) but to negotiate the price as well. I did it all online with them ahead of time. They were there for me every step of the way and despite how picky and difficult I am as a customer they never faltered. This past Thursday when I went in to sign all of the paperwork Bernie made it so easy. It was quick and painless, two words I never thought I'd use when describing what it's like to buy a new car. Bernie was patient and friendly through the whole process, as was Dustin (I worked with Dustin a lot-----he is GREAT). Thank you, gentlemen, for managing to give me a car buying experience that redefined the car buying experience for me---a seemingly impossible feat. Well done. More

I always work with Steve Hall and Justin Campbell and they will work hard to make you a fair deal. I am in and out within 1 hour for the paperwork and the deal is done! I like the no-pressure environment and the friendliness of the staff. Jane Choi in Finance was also very helpful and explained all the terms and conditions of my deal in detail. You can trust them in the service department too. Edgar Ceniceros is the service manager with many years of service experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

When we arrived, I told my husband that at some point, someone will irritate me and I'll walk out. Boy, was I wrong! Before we even got to the door, David Gonzales greeted us with a warm smile and cold water. I told him I wasn't sure what to get but that I didn't want a big car. He was friendly, helpful and explained everything about every car I test drove. The paperwork process and negotiations were so painless that it didn't feel like we were at a dealership. My new car was washed, ready and waiting by the time we did the final paper signing with Jane Choi. Every single person I met at this dealership was friendly and made us feel welcomed. David arranged for a guy to come to my house and set up the garage opener with the new car. He also arranged for additional time to explain more of what my car can do. It's very high tech and I won't remember it all. Luckily, David is available to help if I have questions. This was the BEST experience buying a car! David Gonzales is the guy I'll be coming back to when I get cars in the future or when anyone I care about needs a car. A huge plus is that if you buy your car here, you get free car washes! Yaaay!!!
