We left the lot to eat and he called and didn't mess around - he gave us a very clean offer that we felt more than comfortable with. We drove back to the Dealership and purchased the car. Kosta is very good at what he does and did a great job making us feel heard, respected, and it was the best experience we have had with purchasing a vehicle and we have bought from Audi, BMW, Ford, and Lexus in recent years.
