Great Experience It was time to return my lease and get a new car. My family lives in Laguna. My wife and I decided to stop by and just test drive a car with no intention of getting car from an OC dealership since we live in LA. That sure changed after we got onto the lot. Tamer Fanous came out and said hi to us immediately. Gave us space as we discussed what we wanted and then took us on the best test drive. He was not too intrusive but showed us the cool features in the new car we got. He actually made the drive better and made us want the car. He was super attentive and informative that we ended up getting the car from them and not in LA. He delivered on all his promises. No back and forth or trying to sell me something I did not want. Tamer was great and I hope he never leaves, so when it comes to the next lease, we get to deal with him. Overall, it was a very clean and beautiful facility.
