He had complete transparency, and spoke to me with respect and courtesy, guiding me through the entire process. I was not expecting to make a deal that day, but with his help we found terms that were right for me so I could not pass it up. Ramsey was also very helpful during the process of talking terms and money, which is usually not enjoyable but he made me feel completely welcome and was very friendly. And to me the most important part, the professionalism they both displayed was spectacular. Even though I was there to buy a SmartCar, they still treated me as if I was buying a high end luxury vehicle and they did not waiver in their service in the least despite the difference in price.
