They saw things that we noticed on our vehicle, acknowledged it, and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. The most dreaded experience for me, in the past, was going to the finance department because it feels like you get nickel and dime left-and-right. That was NOT the case here! The finance manager Paul was fantastic. Knew what was important to us, focused on that and helped guide us on the right decisions. Last, we had to bring our 2 year old with us, which can be a stressful experience as a car dealership is usually not a place for toddlers to be but the entire Mercedes team was so gracious and kind to our son. Really went the extra mile for us and we will be forever-Mercedes customers now! Class act all around! Can't say enough how blown away we were at MB Laguna Niguel! More

From the minute we arrived, we never felt pressured. We let Brett know what we were looking for and he jumped right on it. However, this was a spontaneous shopping event for my wife and I. We were looking to replace a car that she was unhappy with, but did not intend to buy...just to "look". Despite it being towards the end of the day, Brett didn't care and he kept helping us. We could not make up our minds, so we decided to return the next day. Brett was so patient and finally helped us find the car which made my wife so happy.
