Even though I hate purchasing new cars, this was a great experience. From the moment I walked on the lot the staff was engaging, knowledgable, respectful friendly and attentive. . Salespeople are friendly, as you would expect. Brief experience with the Service Dept left good impression. The problem is the product. Mercedes Benz enjoys a reputation of poor reliability and my experience certainly solidifies that fact. A mere three weeks after purchasing a Certified 2023 C300 it left me stranded at a gas station. Red warning light on the dash indicated a "Malfunction" and the car would not start. Embarrassing situation when others are patiently waiting in line to use the gas pump. That was after several technology issues including a clock that would not keep the correct time and Apple Car Play that would not connect. If you are set on owning a Mercedes I guess this is as good a dealership as you'll find but I would encourage you to consider a different manufacturer. More

My bill doubled without notifying me. My new key was $600 labor $100. Great! When I arrived to pick my car up, I was told to pay almost $1400 with no explanation. Just shrugged shoulders from the sales person, talked to me like I was a child. Said he had to call Germany, cause programming the key takes satellites in the sky and signals from Germany and shoots down to Knoxville to my new key fod. He wasn’t joking. Just lying. Why did my bill double? Anyone? More
Purchased a brand new 2023 GLC around 2 months ago. The car has 3300 miles and about every 10 starts will fail to start and ever check engine message on the cluster will appear leaving me stranded from The car has 3300 miles and about every 10 starts will fail to start and ever check engine message on the cluster will appear leaving me stranded from anywhere to 15 to 60 minutes. Called Lexington Mercedes because it’s closer than Knoxville I live in a Kentucky. Took it in they had it 3 days I went to pick it up drove it less then a 100 miles and still same issues. I called Knoxville where I purchase the car, the first service rep hung up on me. So I called back and spoke to Gary the service manager, told me Mercedes would contact me within a few hours and set up a tow. No call from Mercedes, he also said he would call back the next morning to check on things. Never received a call, I called him back and now I’m being told I will be without a car for up to two weeks. When we purchased I was promised if we had any issues that it would be towed at their expenses and we would be given a loaner. Nothing I was told has happened Gary and Buck I’m sure you’re great guys but you have lost a life long customer I will never own another Mercedes and as soon as I get it fixed it will be trading back to BMW where they have always done anything I’ve ever asked or they promised. Thanks for the 60k dollar paper weight. More
